How SMS are counted
SMS are counted in parts, the way phone networks bill them. One part holds 160 Latin characters, or 70 in Cyrillic or Greek. A longer text uses two or more parts. The count starts again on the 1st of each month.
Questions
- How do I pay?
- By card or another method offered at checkout. Payments go through Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, which also sends your invoices.
- What happens when the included SMS run out?
- Reminders and renewal notices keep going as extra SMS, up to the limit of your plan. They are billed with your next monthly payment. Follow-ups wait for the next month instead.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Yes, at any time from Plan & usage in the app. A change takes effect at once and the difference is settled pro rata. After you cancel, the plan stays active until the end of the paid month.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes, within 14 days of your first payment, minus the SMS already sent. Refund Policy
